A tool was launched quite a while back now, which lets you see whether your ISP is throttling your BitTorrent traffic. I took the test today, out of curiosity, and it turns out that Tiscali are nice to everyone, and don’t throttle BitTorrent traffic (or at least not that you can detect).
You can test yourself at their website.

OK, I thought I’d post about this, because it’s really quite amazing. Microsoft released this recently, so I downloaded it and tried it out. You can explore the entire night sky, from about 20 different satellites.

I’d just like to say… well done to Alan Johnston, the BBC Corrispondent who was kidnapped just over a year ago. He has now been given an ‘international award’ for his contributions to BBC World Service… since December 2007 Alan has been a presenter on the radio station.
